PER  SHRI B A SHAIKH, JUDICIAL MEMBER

  1. No one for the revision petitioner is present. Perusal of the record of the petition shows that petition was filed on 29.8.2018. Registrar recorded eight objections on 5.9.2018 and called upon the petitioner to remove those objections within 15 days. But the same were not removed during the said period. Therefore notice dated 30.10.2018 was issued to the petitioner calling upon it to remove office objection within 15 days from the date of receipt of that notice. It was also made clear in that notice that if the objections are not removed within 15 days, then petition will be placed before the Bench for appropriate order. The said notice has been served to the petitioner as seen from acknowledgment received signed by the petitioner. Even after service of said notice, the said objections were not removed and petitioner also failed to appear before this Commission. A separate notice dated 30.10.2018 was also displayed on notice board of this Commission calling upon all the concerned parties to remove  all objections in matters within 15 days.
  2. The Registrar submitted report on 10.1.2019 that objections are not removed by the petitioner. The petition came to be adjourned twice i.e. on 7.2.2019 and 14.2.2019 for removing those objections. This Commission observed on 7.2.2019 that the petition deserves to be dismissed.
  3. We are thus satisfied that the petitioner is not interested in removing the office objections and prosecution of the revision petition. Hence the revision petition is dismiss in default.
