Learned counsel for the appellant/applicant submits that the amount, as awarded by the State Commission and as modified by this Commission, has already been paid to the complainant.  He submits that there is a typographical error in the figure of Rs.1,08,838/- appearing in the 4^th line of Para 3 of the order dated 8^th December, 2010.   According to him the correct figure should  be Rs.1,28,838/-  taking     into   account   the    amount of   Rs.35,000/-    deposited in this    Commission.     We    accordingly    allow    the   application   and direct the Registry to refund a sum of Rs.1,28,838/- plus Rs.35,000/- deposited as pre requisite for filing of the appeal.  The refunded voucher be prepared in the name of the Appellant No. 2.
