By this order we direct the OP1 & 2  to rectify the defects in the said Printer/Photocopier Afico MP 2030 except installation of Fax Unit and or failing to rectify the defects in the said machine the OPs should refund the cost of Rs.2,20,000/-(Rupees two lakhs twenty thousand only) of the machine to the Complainant within 30 days of this order, failing which the said cost shall bear interest at the rate of 9%p.a. from filing of this complaint till its realization. The OPs are also directed to pay compensation of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) to the Complainant and cost of Rs. 5000/-(Rupees five thousand only)
