     Vide separate order passed in MA/27/2017, this consumer complaint has been ordered to be restored.

     In view of the separately recorded statement of Sh.Sanjiv Pabbi, Counsel for Complainant, instant complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action before the appropriate Commission/Authority having pecuniary jurisdiction in the matter.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
