Heard the counsel for the complainant regarding maintainability of this complaint since the value of the property involved in the complaint is more than Rs.20.00 lakhs.   At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant submitted that he will withdraw the complaint for presenting it before the property authority.   Hence, complaint is ordered to be returned to the complainant or to his counsel for presenting it before the proper authority or forum.   Court fee paid shall be adjusted.
