Taken up through video conferencing.

1.       Learned counsel for both sides submit, on respective instructions, that the decree has been satisfied in its entirety. Learned counsel for the complainant further submits that, as such, the execution application has become infructuous.     

2.       The execution application no. 118 of 2020 in consumer complaint no. 3820 of 2017 is dismissed as having become infructuous, the decree, statedly, having been satisfied.   

3.       The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to all parties in the execution and to their learned counsel within three days.  The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
