At the outset, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents states that as per his instructions, Respondents No. 2 and 3, i.e. Opposite Parties No. 2 and 3 respectively in the Complaint, do not propose to contest the present Appeal and the said Respondents may be restored as the Opposite Parties as per the original memo of parties filed with the Complaint, provided they are permitted to file their respective written versions, if so advised.

The Appellant, who appears in person, states that she has no objection to a reasonable time being granted to the said Opposite Parties for filing their Written Versions.

In view of the above, the Appeal is allowed; the impugned order is set aside; and Respondents No. 2 and 3 are restituted as Opposite Parties No. 2 and 3 in the Complaint, being numbered C-1202/15, with a direction that if the said Respondents file their Written Versions within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the same shall be taken into consideration.     

The Appeal stands disposed of in the above terms, with no order as to costs.
