          Today is fixed for filing evidence on affidavit by the Complainants and also for filing power on behalf of the Complainants.

          The Ld. Advocate for the OP is present.

        It also appears from the Order No.3 dt. 17.03.2023 that the Complainants were absent without any steps. As per Order No.4 dt. 24.03.2023, the Complainants did not file any additional power.

           It is now 11.50 A.M. None appears for the Complainant.

           So, it appears that the Complainants are not willing to proceed with the case.

            Accordingly, the Consumer Complainant Case being No.CC/128/2022 is dismissed for non prosecution.

            There shall be no order as to the costs.
