ORDER

IA No. 198 of 2018 (Application for referring the case for arbitration)

          In view of the fact that the decision dated 13.07.2017, rendered by a Larger Bench of this Commission in Aftab Singh v. Emaar MGF Land Ltd. & Anr., III (2017) CPJ 270 (NC), has been affirmed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, this Application is dismissed.

Complaint

          Learned Counsel appearing for the Complainants seeks leave to withdraw the Complaint, stating that the dispute, subject matter of the Complaint, has since been amicably settled between the parties.

          In view of the submission, the Complaint is dismissed as not pressed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
