Called out repeatedly but none appears on behalf of the complainants. Neither the complainants, nor their learned counsel nor the proxy counsel nor anybody else on their behalf.

Learned counsel appearing for the opposite party submits that the matter has been amicably settled in between the parties. He further submits that he has had a talk with the counsel for the complainants who has requested him to convey the factum of compromise to the Bench on his behalf as he for reasons on his personal difficulty is unable to appear.

In the wake of the submissions made by learned counsel by the opposite party and the fact that the complainant does not want to press the same, the complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to both the parties and to their learned counsel.
