ORDER

We have heard learned counsel for the parties. We have perused the impugned judgment, which is common in all the matters.

                    We are satisfied that all these connected matters require recording of voluminous evidence.  Faced with this difficulty, learned counsel for the appellants/Revision petitioners seek liberty to approach the civil court for the purpose of claiming compensation.  The liberty, as prayed for, is granted.   We make it clear that no view is expressed on the merits of the matter and all the questions are kept open for the trial court to decide.  All the appeals and petitions are accordingly disposed off.  No costs.
