The Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant files track reports. But the track reports appear to be insufficient to show up that service of notice upon the OPs. The Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant files an application seeking permission to cause service of notice upon the OPs by making publication of notice in newspaper which is registered as MA/256/2022. After hearing the Ld. Advocate and going through the said application we find reason to allow the service of notice by the substituted means and it is abundantly clear that service of notice in the original way cannot be effected. As such, the Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant is directed to cause service of notice by making publication either on Anand Bazar Patrika or Bartaman and also to file a copy of newspaper containing such publication by the next date.

As such, the MA/256/2022 is thus disposed of and 06.02.2023 is fixed for filing copy of newspaper.
