Present :  Complainant in person.

A joint application has been moved by the parties wherein matter has been amicably settled between the parties for an amount to Rs. 17,278/-  and the same has been paid through DD and OP handed over the DD to Complainant before the Commission. Complainant wants to withdraw the matter. Therefore, matter may be disposed off as settled.  

The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of  this order be given Dasti.
