Counsel for the complainant has filed a memo, which is signed by the complainant also reporting that, the OP has settled his claim by issuing a cheque for Rs.6,942/- dated 18-2-2011 and that satisfy his claim and thereby prayed for dismissal of the complaint.

        In view of the memo filed, complaint is dismissed as the claim of the complainant is reported have been settled out of the forum.
