We have perused letter dated 23.07.2014, addressed to the Registrar of this Commission by the Registrar, Tamil Nadu State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at Chennai, seeking direction for transfer of the case, mentioned therein to some other State Commission.  In our view, no case for transfer is made out.  Accordingly, the State Commission may take up the case and dispose it of on merits.

Registry is directed to communicate this order to the State Commission.

          The transfer application stands disposed of.
