ORDER

 

 

The petitioner is present in person.  He states that his vehicle is lying in the open and stands rusted.  He does not want to contest this case and wants to withdraw the revision petition.  However, as prayed by him, direction is given to the State Commission to expedite the case and not to take more than two months from 23.10.2013.

The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
