O.ps 1&2 are present .

Complainant was absent on 24/04/2015& 16/07/2015 &21/09/2015 without step.

Upon such on 21/09/2015 complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default fixing 09/10/2015 for filing show cause .

Today i.e on 09/10/2015 complainant is still absent and not filed any show cause .

As such this Forum holds that complainant is reluctant to proceed with the case.

Upon such observation and considering the above facts and circumstances the case is dismissed for default.
