ORDER

State Commission has dismissed the complaints in default of appearance.  Limited notice was issued to the respondent to show cause as to why the impugned order be not set aide and the cases remitted back to the State Commission to decide them afresh in accordance with law.

            Limited notice issued to the respondent is made absolute.  Impugned order of the State Commission is set aside and the cases are remitted back to the State Commission to decide them afresh in accordance with law.

            Parties through their counsel are directed to appear before the State Commission on 30.05.2013.
