‘ However, the said document dt.12.01.2007 has been filed in the E.A. proceedings. agreeing to mortgage the said property and deposit the original sale deed in favour of LIC after registration of the document and that the registration had taken place in the year 1998 and thus there was no possibility of depositing of the said title deed at the time of obtaining the loan and that there is no evidence that later on it was given to the OPs.
