                                         The record is put up today on the strength of record call for petition filed by the Advocate for Complainant along with withdrawal petition and Xerox copy of Aadhar Card of Complainant. The withdrawal petition is allowed as the Complainant does not want to proceed the case further due to the case has been settled between both the parties outside of the court.
