            C/R is put up on prayer of the JDR. JDR filed a petition praying for dismissal of this execution case with the strength of order dated 26/05/2015 passed by the Ld. S.C.D.R.C, W.B. in First Appeal No. FA/990/2013. Heard the Ld. Advocate perused the aforesaid order of the Hon’ble S.C.D.R.C. Hon’ble S.C.D.R.C is pleased to allow the appeal preferred by the JDRs and also pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 25/06/2013 passed by this forum in C.C. Case No. 193/2012.

Hence, the instant execution case being No. 233/2013 is hereby dismissed with the strength of the order of the Hon’ble S.C.D.R.C.
