It is submitted jointly by the Ld. Counsel for the parties that they have entered into an amicable settlement today itself on certain specified terms and conditions. Copies of the Settlement Agreement arrived at between the parties today are tendered directly before us in Court; Be kept with the record.

The Execution Application accordingly stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid settlement, which shall be binding upon the parties, who would also be at liberty to seek revival of the Execution in the event of non-compliance on the part of either party.
