          This is a complaint filed u/s.12  of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for directing the Opposite Parties to pay ;

  1. To provide a new vehicle by the opposite parties in the same capacity of Bajaj Pulsar 150-VTS-1 motor cycle, Saffire Blue Colour, who are jointly and severally liable for the same, to the complainant within a specified period;
  2. To pay a sum of Rs.1.00 lakh as compensation for the mental torture and harassment incurred, to the complainant due to their lethargic attitude and deficiency in service and to pay cost.

          2. Complainant present.  Opposite parties served and present.  Counsel for the complainant present and filed memo stating that the matter is settled amicably between both the parties and the complainant received a new Bajaj Motor Cycle (Pulsar) with full satisfaction and prayed before this Forum to dismiss the complaint and not pressed without costs.   In view of the memo filed both the parties, this complaint is hereby dismissed as not pressed.  No costs.
