By this application, under Section 22B of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, the Complainants pray for transfer of the First Appeal, being Appeal No. 403 of 2016, stated to be pending before the U.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at Lucknow to the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at New Delhi.

Having regard to the facts stated in para-10 of the application and in the absence of any resistance on behalf of the Respondent, which is represented in the Court on receiving advance notice from the Applicants/Complainants though no notice has been issued to it by this Commission, the application is allowed and the afore-noted Appeal is transferred from the U.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at Lucknow to State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at New Delhi.

The Registrar of the State Commission at Lucknow is hereby directed to transmit the entire record of the Appeal to the State Commission at New Delhi through a special messenger, as it is stated that the Appeal is listed for hearing on 11.08.2016.

The application stands disposed of in the above terms.
