Heard learned counsel for the appellants. Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that complaint was dismissed in default on account of non-appearance, hence, appeal be allowed and impugned order be set aside. As Complaint has been dismissed in default it is appropriate to restore the complaint as appeal has been filed immediately after dismissal of the complaint. Consequently, appeal filed by the appellants is allowed and impugned order dated 13-03-2014 passed by the learned State Commission in Complaint No.79 of 2014, Smt. Shiela Verma & Anr. Vs. M/s. Hyundai Motors India Ltd. & Anr. is set aside and the complaint is restored to its original number. Appellants are directed to appear before the State Commission on 30-05-2014.
