The opposite parties 1 to 5 agreed to refund Rs. 9,000/- to the complainant towards full and final settlement of the claim of the complainant to which the complainant agreed and endorsed the same on the complaint. Accordingly, the opposite parties 1 to 5 are directed to pay the amount to the complainant on or before 30-06-2014, failing which the amount will carry interest @ 12% p.a. from this day till realisation. Accordingly, the proceedings in this complaint stands closed.
