ORDER

Order dt.20/02/2008 The complaint is allowed against opposite party No.1 and dismissed against Opposite Party No.2. The O.P.No.1 is hereby directed to replace the defective water heater with that of defect free one or to repay the amount of Rs.18,000/- being the price value of the water heater which was paid by the complainant to the O.P.No.1 and as the complainant was put to mental agony and hardship and financial loss since April 2007 till this date she is to be compensated suitably. Therefore, the O.P.No.1 is directed to pay the compensation of Rs.1,000/- and Rs.1000/- as cost of this proceedings to the complainant which we think that it would meet the ends of justice and the O.P.No.1 has to comply the said order with in 60 days from the date of receipt of this order.
