The matter was passed over once.  Even on the second call no one is present for the petitioner.  There were defects in the petition.

As per order dated 30^th November, 2010, notice was ordered to be sent to the petitioner for filing typed copies of the proceedings within four weeks.  That order was not complied with.

Again on 4^th February, 2011, it was noted that some defects were still required to be removed by the petitioner, but the petitioner informed that he is unable to attend the court.

Accordingly fresh notice was issued to the petitioner for removal for the defects.

Notice was issued to the petitioner for today by registered AD.  Inspite of service, petitioner is absent.

Since the petitioner has not put in his appearance nor has he removed the defects, the revision petition is dismissed for default and for non-prosecution.
