ORDER

Petitioner states that he was compelled to file revision petition against the interim order of the State Commission dated 11.8.2014 dismissing the application for early hearing because of unnecessary delay being caused.  He states that since the next of hearing given by the State Commission is 5.12.2014, he seeks to withdraw this revision petition but requests that State Commission be directed to decide on admission of the revision petition on the same very day.

In view of the view, revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the observation that the State Commission shall decide the issue of admissibility on the next date of hearing i.e. 5.12.2014.
