The prayer in the application is for a slight modification/correction of typographical error appearing in the order dated 01.09.2010 passed by the Commission in Appeal No.11 of 2010. We are informed by the counsel for the appellant applicant that there had been a development insomuch so that out of the two flats – one flat had already been surrendered and, therefore, the direction for execution of the sale deed was required only in respect of one flat, i.e., No. 24-A. Counsel for the respondent does not dispute this factual position but he reserves the liberty to file an affidavit of the respondent to the above effect. We accordingly allow the application and direct the Registry to issue a corrigendum to the order dated 01.09.2010 stating therein that the words ‘two flats’ appearing in 8^th line from below of the said order will be substituted by the words “that flat”. The application stands disposed of accordingly. The affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks.
