I am happy to note that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties.  Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 has handed over a Demand Draft in the sum of ₹1,10,000/- to the Counsel for the Petitioner. 

        Having regard to the fact that the learned Counsel submitted that the matter has been settled in full and final satisfaction, the amounts deposited by the Respondent before the District Forum may be released to the Respondent on filing an appropriate Application.

        The Revision Petition stands disposed of as settled.
