No. 5 as per Schedule of the said I.A. Having heard the Ld. Advocate and on perusal of the papers on record, we allow the IA/638/2019.  Let the names of the legal heirs be substituted in place of the deceased O.P. No. 5.  IA/638/2019 is thus disposed of.  Fix 29.07.2019 for filing amended version of the petition of complaint, affidavit of service in respect of the substituted O.Ps by the Complainant and also for filing written version by the O.P.
