Counsel for the parties present.

There is a settlement between the parties. The Petitioner/OP have already paid Rs.3,38,170/- to the Complainant. The Complainant has accepted as full and final settlement. The Petitioner will further pay the interest @ 8% of the said amount from the date of filing this complaint till its realisation within 3 months.

Therefore, the matter stands disposed of.
