Heard.

          Learned counsel for respondent states that there is no objection if the impugned order passed by the State Commission is set aside and  matter is remanded back to the State Commission for deciding the same afresh, after hearing both the parties in accordance with provisions of law.

          In view of the above statement made by the learned counsel for respondent, the present appeal is allowed. The impugned order passed by the State Commission is set aside and matter is remanded back to the State Commission to decide the same afresh, after hearing both the parties in accordance with provisions of law.

The State Commission shall make an endeavour to dispose of the appeal, preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With these observations, present revision stand disposed of.

          Parties are directed to appear before the State Commission on 5^th November, 2014.
