Ld. Counsel for the Opposite Parties submits that the matter is amicably settled between the Parties in pursuance of an agreement executed between the Parties on 22.03.2023.

A copy of the said agreement has been tendered on behalf of the Opposite Parties directly in Court today.

The Attorney/Father of the Complainant concedes to the submission made by Ld. Counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Complaint is, therefore, disposed off as withdrawn in terms of the settlement between the Parties.
