ORDER

In the instant case notices have been twice issued to the petitioner through registered A.D. post. Said notices have not been received back undelivered. Therefore, it can be safely presumed that the notices of hearing through postal process have been delivered to the petitioner. As no one has turned up on behalf of the petitioner, we are left with no alternative but to dismiss the revision petition for non-prosecution.

Revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
