Petitioners/complainants filed Misc. Application dated 27.01.2023 today on the prayer of the amendment of the complaint petition.

Perused. Considered. Heard Ld. Advocate for the complainant.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant submits that in advertantly the case is valued at Rs. 22,50,000/- instead of 27,65,000/-. So the same may be rectified by way of amendment.

The proposed prayer for amendment will not change the nature and character of the case. As such the Misc. application dated 27.01.2023 filed by the petitioners/complainants is allowed.

Thus the Misc. Application is disposed of.
