Taken up through video conferencing.

1.       Ms. Priyanjali Singh, learned counsel for the complainants submits, on instructions, that the matter has been settled between the parties. Learned counsel for the opposite party confirms.

2.       No comments of this Commission on the contents and ingredients of the settlement said to have been arrived at. 

3.       Learned counsel for the complainants further submits, on instructions, that the complainants wish to withdraw their instant complaint.

4.       The instant consumer complaint no. 1286 of 2018 is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the complainants to revive their complaint by filing appropriate application within 30 days from today. Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that it has no objection to the afore liberty granted.

5.       The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to all parties in the complaint and to their learned counsel, within three days from today. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission today itself.
