After addressing us for some time, learned Counsel appearing for the Complainants seeks leave to withdraw the Complaint, with liberty to file the same before a Forum, having pecuniary jurisdiction.

In view of the submission, the Complaint is dismissed as not pressed, with liberty as prayed.

It goes without saying that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the Complaint.

Since the Complaint is being withdrawn at the threshold, we direct that the amount deposited at the time of filing the Complaint shall be refunded to the Complainants.
