Counsel for the petitioner has neither deposited the costs imposed on 21.3.2012 nor furnished the fresh address of the respondents in spite of the letter written by the office to him on 30.3.2012.  Counsel for the petitioner states that he is not aware either about the imposition of the costs or the letter written by the office for furnishing the fresh address of the respondents.  Seeks an adjournment to furnish the fresh address of the respondents. 

        Adjourned to 19^th July 2012.  For this unnecessary adjournment, additional costs of Rs.2,500/- are imposed on the petitioner.  Petitioner is directed to deposit the costs imposed today and the costs imposed on 21.3.2012 in the Consumer Legal Aid Account. 

Petitioner is directed to furnish the fresh address of the respondents within 2 weeks failing which revision petition shall be dismissed without reference to the court.
