ORDER

Petitioner has moved application for withdrawal of revision petition and submitted that petitioner has already made payment of Rs.60,000/- to Respondent No. 1 and Respondent No. 1 has returned three blank cheques to the petitioner and now there remains no dispute between the parties, so he may be permitted to withdraw revision petition.

          Counsel for Respondent No. 1 has no object.  In such circumstances, I.A. No. 6429/2014 is allowed and revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
