It is stated on behalf of complainant that he wants to withdraw the present complaint  on the ground that this Forum does not have  Pecuniary Jurisdiction, to entertain this complaint,  in the light of  Ambrish Kumar Shukla and Ors. Vs. Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., Case no. 97 of 2016, decided by Hon’ble NCDRC on 07/10/2016. Heard

In view of the above, submission made on behalf of the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file the same as per law. Office is directed to return the complaint along with all the documents after retaining the copy of the same for records.
