          Ld. Advocates for both parties are present.

          Ld. Advocate, Mr. Aman Gupta submitted that the complainant Smt. Sulata Hazra by a letter dated 30.08.2023 asking him to withdraw the case because the case was settled out of court. Let the letter be kept with the record. On that score, the Ld. Advocate for the complainant submitted that he is not willing to proceed with the case.

          Ld. Advocate for the complainant also made an endorsement to the effect “not pressed” on the complaint. Accordingly, CC/39/2021 is disposed of being not pressed. There shall be no order as to the costs.
