We have heard learned counsel for the parties.  The appellant’s counsel namely Mr. R.K. Singh makes a statement that the matter is settled between the parties.  The appellant is the original complainant and does not want to proceed further with the appeals.  The appeals are accordingly allowed to be withdrawn as per the request of learned counsel for the appellants and are disposed of as withdrawn.  No costs.
