          Ld. Counsel for the complainant is present but no step has been taken on behalf of the OP/Bengal Unitech Universal Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. due to the fact that the Hon’ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal No. 10856 of 2016 prohibited institution of proceeding, continuation of execution proceeding and enforcement of the order against this OP and in the back ground we are unable to proceed with the matter and we dispose of this complaint case with the above observation.
