Since no one is present  on behalf of the petitioner on the last date, i.e. 05.08.2010, notice has been issued to him for today. That notice has been received back with the postal remark  ‘not known’. Notice was sent on the address given in the cause title of the revision petition. No other address of the petitioner is available with this Commission. In view of the said postal report, the revision petition is dismissed for non – prosecution.
