Learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that the dispute stands settled between the parties.

          Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that he has                    no instruction from his client.

          In view of the fact that cross appeal being First Appeal No.1102 of 2014 has been withdrawn by the Respondent on account of settlement between the parties, the present Appeal also stands dismissed as infructuous in terms of the settlement.
