This order shall dispose of the cross-appeals filed by the opp.party M/s.Ansal Properties & Industries Ltd. (F.A. No.152/2007) and complainant M/s.Packaging Paper Sales (R) & Ors. (F.A.195/2007). 

       Counsel appearing for the opp.party M/s.Ansal Properties & Industries Ltd. and Mr.G.K. Jain, Partner of the Complainant M/s.Packaging Paper Sales (R) & Ors. state that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties.  Memorandum of Settlement has been placed on record and marked as ‘C-I’.  As per settlement, opp.party has paid a sum of Rs.4,30,000/- to the Complainant through Cheque No.737263 dated 5.7.2012 (drawn on Punjab National Bank, Connaught Place, New Delhi) drawn in favour of the Complainant in full and final settlement of all disputes between the parties.  In terms of the settlement arrived at, parties are agreed that the order passed by the State Commission be not taken as future reference.  Since the amount due to the Complainant has been paid, office is directed to release the amount deposited by the opp.party Ansal Properties & Industries Ltd. At the time of filing of the appeal.

       Appeals stand disposed of in above terms.
