The Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant is present and files one application praying for dismissal of the case on the ground of non-prosecution mentioning relevant contains in the said petition.

Having heard the Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant and materials on record it may be pointed out that this petition is duly been supported by an affidavit so in all probably it can easily be impart that the complainant is no more interested to proceed with the case and as such this Commission is not interested to continue the proceedings specially when complainant himself is not interested to proceed with the case. Thus, there is no need to proceed further.

The instant case is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.

Of course be it mentioned that on the self-same cause of action in future the complainant is not permitted to file fresh case.
