ORDER

                    Sh. Raman Walia, counsel for the OPs has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                        “OP offer to pay Rs.66000/- to the complainant in full and final settlement of the claim within 15 days from today”.

                        Sh. Naveen Bawa, counsel for the complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                        “I accept the offer. I withdraw this complaint”

                        In view of the said statements, it is ordered that the OPs shall pay a sum of Rs.66,000/-/- to the complainant within 15 days from today i.e. 29.04.2016, failing which the OP shall pay the same amount alongwith interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made. Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

                        Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
